DJI payload integration

Your sensor on DJI — integrated through the Payload SDK.

We bring third-party sensors onto DJI enterprise drones: mounted on the payload port, powered by the drone, data over the drone's own link — no separate payload radio, no separate ground station.

Ready to fly: mount, pair, fly — the pilot uses DJI Pilot 2 as usual.

New on DJI, proven in the field: the same proven SKIDER technology our systems use in more than 10 countries.

On the payload port

Sensor and SKIDER Mobile mount under the drone and draw their power from it.

The drone's own link

Measurements and telemetry travel over the drone's own data link to the ground.

Standard flight software

The pilot flies with DJI Pilot 2 as usual; the payload appears there as "SKIDER Mobile".

Dedicated payload operator

The sensor operator works in SKIDER Conduit on a second remote controller — less workload for the pilot, clear roles.

Mirion SPIR-Explorer on the M400

Announced at Mirion Connect 2026: the SPIR-Explorer on the DJI Matrice 400, georeferenced with position, time and altitude from the aircraft, live in SPIR-Ident.

Have your own sensor?

The integration builds on the same SKIDER technology as all our products — that is why your sensor can be brought onto DJI quickly. Tell us its interface, power and data, and we look at the Payload SDK integration.
